RJL Solutions, a full-scope consulting firm helping to build relevance in industries all over the state of Indiana, announced today the addition of two new hires in their marketing department. Ashley Poff joins the department as Director of Marketing and Allison Staples is added to the team as Social Media Manager.

Ashley brings robust knowledge and understanding of marketing strategies to RJL Solutions. A 2014 graduate of Indiana State University, Ashley has over 7 years of experience in marketing, including both for-profit and nonprofit markets, as well as 11 years of management experience.

As the Director of Marketing, Ashley is responsible for leading the development of strategic marketing initiatives and elevating the profile of RJL clients through marketing and advertising. Additionally, she provides oversight and leadership for the Social Media Manager in their responsibilities of managing and implementing a variety of social media campaigns and will be responsible for further growing the department and therefore RJL Solutions.

Recent Magna Cum Laude graduate with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and minors in Marketing and Social Media Management from the University of Southern Indiana, Allison is eager to begin her career growth with the team at RJL Solutions.  

As Social Media Manager, Allison is responsible for leading social strategies to drive the success of clients from various industries. She is also responsible for the development of various initiatives including social media, e-communications, and digital marketing campaigns.

Ashley and Allison both will be working from the Terre Haute office serving RJL Solutions’ clients across the state of Indiana.
