RJL Solutions is excited to announce the promotion of two pivotal team members who have significantly contributed to the company’s growth. Starting October 1, 2024, Danielle Isbell will assume the role of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, and McKenzi Kumpf will step into the position of Senior Director of Operations.

Danielle Isbell, who joined RJL Solutions in January 2024, has swiftly become integral to the company’s success. Her leadership in public relations, community engagement, and project management has positioned her as a key member of the executive team. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit and community-focused roles, Danielle's expertise in relationship-building and strategic development will drive the company’s initiatives forward in her new role.

Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and a master’s degree in leadership development from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. She is also a prominent community leader, serving on multiple boards and committees.

McKenzi Kumpf has been part of the RJL Solutions team for nearly five years, starting as the company’s first full-time grant writer. Since then, she has spearheaded efforts in strategic planning and community development, including feasibility studies and needs assessments. McKenzi’s innovative approach to writing and data analysis has helped secure over $30 million in funding for clients and partners since 2021, significantly boosting RJL Solutions’ impact.

Her promotion to Senior Director of Operations reflects her dedication to excellence and growth. McKenzi will oversee company operations, ensuring that RJL’s goals align with client success and organizational development.
