RJL Solutions welcomes Danielle Isbell as Senior Director of Public Relations & Community Engagement. This new role was established as part of RJL Solutions’ overall growth strategy. The woman-owned public affairs firm, with locations in Indianapolis and Terre Haute, is focused on helping communities and organizations develop plans that contribute to their ability to increase funding opportunities while establishing legislative priorities to assist in their overall strategic efforts.
“I believe our growth is because we take our success strategy seriously,” states Rachel Leslie, CEO of RJL Solutions. “To be relevant you must have a plan and a story. If you can’t communicate the plan, the best ideas halt before they get started. This new role, under Danielle’s leadership, will be an imperative part of our success moving forward.”
RJL Solutions first opened its doors in 2017 and serves organizations and communities in various locations across the state. The company plans to focus its growth area in planning. Understanding that good planning is the key start point for projects and initiatives, the company is focused on producing high quality collaborative planning documents with a successful implementation strategy, including advocacy and communications.
“I’m excited to know this move to RJL Solutions not only allows me to continue helping the community I know but expand my outreach across the state to communities and organizations who have unique and worthy stories to share,” states Isbell. “I’m looking forward to utilizing my strengths in this new position to help our clients across the state make deeper connections through relationship building and communication. I have loved my ten-year commitment to the United Way and will continue advocating for the spirit of its mission moving forward in the private sector.”
Isbell will be working from both the Terre Haute and Indianapolis offices serving RJL Solutions’ clients across the state of Indiana.
“Planning and communication are required to receive the funding necessary to move through the finish line, and people want to utilize their time wisely,” states Betsy Peperak, COO of RJL Solutions. “Leaders want to know they’re investing their time, talent and treasure in relevant, game-changing projects and initiatives. I believe Danielle’s expertise in relationship-building and public relations will elevate how we share our clients’ stories. I am excited to see what she has in store for our current and future partners.”
