The Wabash Valley Goodwill is a mission-minded, non-profit organization dedicated to providing employment, education, and training opportunities to individuals with barriers to employment in the community.
In addition to being an employer, Wabash Valley Goodwill offers a variety of services and resources to its employees and community.
Workforce Development Coaches assist all employees in meeting workplace goals, and the GOES (Goodwill Opportunity and Enhancement Services) Program focuses on helping employees meet outside goals, such as managing finances, improving their living situation, or continuing their education.
Other community services include providing vouchers to local community organizations that assist individuals or families in need, a bicycle donation program for those needing transportation to employment, and a free durable medical equipment loaner program.
As a recognized fixture in the region, Goodwill wanted their brand to represent more than a thrift store and sought to bring more awareness to the people they impact.
